In this issue, the Lexus management will briefly discuss the major components of the building and that the Phase 2 construction, which is the completion of the Superstructure, is ongoing. This proves that the Lexus Hotel/Condos is on its way to completion.
We will continue to advertise the Lexus Hotel/Condos on different popular local and international newspapers/magazines, so watch out for it!
CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS
As of todate, we have completed the ground floor level flooring and we are in preparation for the columns concrete pouring by installing rebars and formworks for the purpose.
The materials used for the Lexus building, particularly the rebars (steel), as per our Contractors' information are especially fabricated to suit the requirements of our Licensed Structural Engineer. The Lexus management has considered the importance of the safety of the building and high quality standard as a five-star hotel / condo in Angeles City.
We are estimating to at least complete the Lexus building structure on or before the second quarter of year 2009 (April-June 2009). Thus, this will give us at least 4-6months for the fitting out and finishing of the whole building, estimated by month of August-October 2009.
In this regard, we would like to make sure that we have provided the best quality materials used for the completion of the Lexus Building.
