As you may already know, The Lexus Hotel/Condos is the first project of the Lexus Landholdings Group Inc. in Angeles City Pampanga, and in the Philippines as well. Hence we would like to make sure that every detail of the building should be properly discussed and approved by a professional and licensed individual who would certify the quality of it.
That is why the Lexus group chose one of the best local contractors, LIGAYA CONSTRUCTION INC. for the design and construction of the first ever 12-storey building in Angeles City Pampanga.
For this edition of our newsletter, we would like to introduce to you our contractor who will be behind the success and completion of the Lexus Hotel / Condos Building.
LIGAYA CONSTRUCTION, INC.
Ligaya, as we shall call it for brevity, was established July 28, 1999 as per Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Certificate Number 00433405 and classified as General Building / General Engineering AAA (on process). Listed below are some of Ligaya's accomplished projects to date:
- Design and Construction of Clearwater Country Club owned by YI LEISURE (CLARK), INC.(located inside Clark Special Economic Zone, Clarkfield Pampanga) specifically:
a) the four (4) room Family Inn
b) the eight (8) room Lodge
c) the eight (8) room Lodge Hallway
d) the Man Made Lagoon, Boardwalk, Bridge and Island Beach
e) Boat Dock and Vine Cafe
f) Swimming Pool - Design and Construction of Panorama Heights Subdivision owned and developed by LIGAYA CONSTRUCTION INC. (located at San Jose Malino / Camuning, Mexico, Pampanga) including:
a) Entrance Gate
b) Two (2) Storey Residential Houses and/or Model Houses - Construction of Villa Pura Subdivision owned and developed by KAYLAND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT.
- Construction of Five (5) Storey Hospital Building of Jose B. Lingad Memorial Hospital (JBLMH) located along Mac Arthur Highway Dolores, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
- Construction of Xevera Market located at Xevera Subdivision Calibutbut, Bacolor Pampanga owned and developed by GLOBE ASIATIQUE REALTY HOLDINGS (owner / developer of the famous ENCLAVE subdivision)
- Renovation of Existing Warehouse and converted to Mimosa Convention Hall located inside Clark Special Economic Zone, Pampanga owned by CLARK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (CDC).
It is with pride and honor that the Lexus group can say that Ligaya Construction Inc. has accomplished a lot from its humble beginnings. Demonstrated from the projects that they have completed, we must say that they do have the credibility and capability to finish the Lexus Building.
After finalizing the design and concept of the Lexus building, all necessary documentation, including the structural analysis which certifies the loading safety of the building, has been approved and signed. This has been completed with the assistance of our private consultants, Structural Engineer Elmer T. Ramoneda and EM Tayag Trading and Construction, under the guidance of Engineers Edgar Tayag and Rod Paruli.
The Lexus management is taking into consideration all the necessary aspects from the Safety and Security of the building structure down to supply of manpower needed for the operation. In so doing, we can assure our condo unit owners and hotel users of a five-star quality and service in Angeles City that can only be found in the Lexus Hotel / Condos.
